These napkin place cards are such a straight forward and easy DIY project to show your guests to their seats. This project is a sister of our Pine Cone Place Cards and the first few steps are the same. Here’s the How-To:

You will need:

- a guillotine; or a steel ruler and craft knife
- Card with your guests’ names printed on them – I used Chopin Script free font
- A corner punch
- A single-hole punch
- Napkins
- Raffia

Cut the name cards down to size using a guillotine or steel ruler and blade.

Trim the edges with your trusty corner punch.

Here are the finished Place Cards – now to put them on the napkins.

Punch a hole in the bottom of the card, about half a centimeter in from the edge on either side.

Take a length of raffia (about 30cm) and loop it around the napkin. Then thread the two ends through the holes and tie a knot.

Et voila! Happy DIYing! x

Simple & sweet! Great idea.
That is lovely! Could you tell us what font that is?
Surely, it’s I used Chopin Script – I downloaded it for free from dafont. It definitely lends a sense of occasion to the place cards, doesn’t it!
Thank you so much much for replying! I love it!
