Hands up who loves surprises and weddings… well here’s a combination of the two. And it took place on Valentine’s Day. Groom Vince had just returned from two years of service in Afghanistan and he wasted no time in asking Michelle for her hand in marriage. “After being deployed for so long all he could think about was getting home to his sweetheart!” photographer Melissa Love from Pure Love Photography recalls. ” They quickly arranged for a small intimate wedding with their family and closest friends.”
Decked in his military uniform complete with badges, Vince wed Michelle at ceremony at the historic Bonnie Brae House in Los Angeles. Michelle’s aunt who is a preacher arranged the ceremony. Afterwards the happy couple headed to the iconic Griffith Park Observatory for some photographs with Melissa.
“Michelle is totally stunning – on the inside and out – and Vince looks very dashing in his military uniform… Their’s something about military weddings, they are so romantic and special. We simply love this gorgeous couple!”
Goes to show that weddings can be arranged beautifully with very little time, and that love knows no distance.
