NEW! DIY and Downloads Section

Today is a very special day on the blog… I am launching my DIY and Downloads page! Look up at the top bar, there it is!

As a bride-to-be who is eager to share her finds with others, this is something I’ve been planning for a while. It will be updated every week and will feature projects as varied as invitation and stationary templates, to-do lists, and special projects to make your wedding personal to you without breaking the bank. All will be in pdf format so you can download them and print them out.

We launch with three pdfs:

DIY_Video: A list of instructions and top tips you can simply print out and give to a friend who’s volunteered to film your wedding.

Photo_List: A full list of shots in chronological order throughout proceedings. Use it to bounce ideas off your photographer, or if you have a friend who wants to do the job on the big day, this list will be a big help.

DIY_Photo booth: Why hire when you can make your own? This pdf contains all you need (except the camera and the guests!) – signs, moustache and speech-bubble templates, instructions for your guests, tickets, and a banner for over the booth.

If you have any suggestions for future DIY projects, feel free to email me or leave a comment.

How do you get the photo’s to print for the photobooth?

    • Some people have printers on-hand but to be honest that sounds like a lot of hard work to me! What I am going to do is keep the photos on the card and then get them printed online… a great idea is to include them with your thank-you cards. Hope this helps!
