How many people do you know who would go skydiving on a first date? I can’t think of too many, but that’s exactly what Kyle and Jonny did for theirs. Casey Figlewicz of Figlewicz Photography describes the pair as “two crazy, adventurous people”, and guess what – their photos reflect this in spades. The fun leaps out of the screen.
“The weather on their wedding day matched their personalities – just wild and unpredictable. On their wedding day we had rain, thunder, lightning, blue skies, rainbows, wind, and to top it all off a gorgeous sunset. It was all very surreal. It even started to rain (not too much and not too long) just as they were saying their vows.”
Jonny marked his Scottish heritage by wearing a kilt, and this didn’t put him off getting on the swings for the camera.
The peach colour scheme is perfect for an autumn wedding, and the fresh fruit and flower decorations really evokes a harvest feel. It’s a pity we can’t have more outdoor September weddings in Ireland!
